I am an economist specializing in environmental and natural resource economics. My research examines the use and management of natural resources and the environment, with a focus on marine resource management, land use policy, and the energy transition.
I am Associate Editor of Marine Resource Economics and serve on the editorial board of Review of Environmental Economics and Policy. I am President of the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (EAERE) for 2026–2027 and a board member of the Research Council of Norway.
